Request data deletion.

Under GDPR (Art. 17), CCPA/CPRA, and LGPD you have the right to request erasure of personal data we hold. Enter your billing email below and we will anonymise your record and send written confirmation.

Audio files processed by Velnor are never transmitted to us. They stay on your device. Only purchase and licensing records are affected by this request.

Data deletion request

We will anonymise your Stripe customer record and email you written confirmation within minutes. Tax-required transaction records are retained but cannot be linked back to you.

What gets deleted

Your name and email Removed from our licence records and anonymised in Stripe.

Written confirmation A confirmation email is sent to the address you submit before it is erased.

Transaction records retained Purchase amounts and dates must be kept for up to 7 years for tax law compliance. These are anonymised and cannot identify you.

Audio is unaffected Your audio files are processed locally and have never been on our servers. There is nothing to delete.
